Shipping and Returns
Table Ambiance offers the following shipping options for delivery within
the U.S. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses,
APO addresses or US territories.
Table Ambiance uses UPS, USPS, FedEx to offer the following shipping options:

Shipping Details:
In stock items will usually ship within one business day, excluding holidays, if
placed before 3:30 Pacific Standard Time, Monday - Friday, unless otherwise noted
in product description. We ship most of our orders using ground shipping, however
2nd day and Next Day shipping is available if orders are placed by noon (12 PM)
Pacific Standard Time to be shipped the same business day. Next Day Air orders
placed on Friday will not arrive until the following Monday (no weekend service
available).
Returns and Exchanges:
We want to make sure you are happy, and we understand how disappointing it can be
to receive an item that doesn’t work out. Therefore, you can return most items
(except clearance items) in their original condition and unused within 14 days
of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. Once the returned item is
received and processed, you will receive a credit in the original form of payment
(excluding shipping costs, gift wrapping, or any promotional discounts) within
7-14 days.
Returns must be received in our warehouse within 14 days of the date your order
was shipped. Returns received after 14 days will be refused and returned.
Returns will be processed within 7 days of receiving the items.
Exchanges:
To ensure the availability of the product you would like to exchange, we recommend
placing a new order for the item online and to return the original item for credit
back to your account. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee or hold items in
anticipation of a return, nor can we rush a return.
Exchanges are processed within 7 days of receiving the items. A shipment
notification will be sent to you via email to the email address on file at the
time of the original order.

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx,
UPS, USPS) and retain your receipt. Table Ambiance is not responsible for items
damaged or lost in transit.
